The New Moon is a celebration of the New Month for the Israelites. This day is to be observed with joy, gladness and feasting(feast day). The New Moon is a Sabbath and we are forbidden to work, buy and/or sell, however during the New Moon we are allowed to cook as it is a feast day.

The New Moon is also a Holy convocation(gathering)so if at all possible gather with other likeminded Israelites in your area. In all things remember that these days are commanded by THE MOST HIGH and they are NOT optional.
